You'll be responsible for

Mentoring and developing internal Business Development Managers to achieve KPIs while amplifying Prospa’s unique value proposition in the market.

Implementing the AU Sales and Partnerships yearly plan by developing and executing a strategic plan to grow partnerships and deliver territory sales volume.

Managing

Overseeing portfolio partner relationships and implementing a strategic action plan to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
