The Training Partner (QLD) job is an exciting opportunity to join the National Workforce Development team at The Salvation Army. This role is all about making a meaningful difference by supporting team growth and driving business outcomes through effective learning solutions. Collaboration and a passion for developing others are at the heart of how the team works together.

You'll be responsible for

Partnering with leaders

Collaborating with regional and operational leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities across Queensland.

Facilitating training

Conducting induction and role-specific training for new team members and volunteers, assessing their competence and confidence throughout the onboarding journey.
💪

Coaching and development

Providing on-the-job coaching and development support to retail leaders and team members to improve performance and capability.

Learning and development experience

Minimum 3 years in Learning and Development or related field.
