Providing frontline support
Provide frontline ACHP support and triage, including training, guidance, advocacy, and escalation of complaints or complex matters as appropriate.🔧
Managing issue resolution
Manage resolution of ACHP sector development issues and inquiries, ensuring timely, culturally appropriate, and standards-compliant advice and support.❤️
Building relationships
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with Aboriginal Community Housing Providers and internal stakeholders to improve sector capability and development outcomes.Key criteria
