You'll be responsible for

Facilitating access to culturally appropriate support
You will facilitate access to culturally appropriate supervision, mentoring, and peer support networks to enhance the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.🛡️
Promoting cultural safety
Utilising strong communication and negotiation skills, you will promote a safe space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to discuss workplace challenges and access support services.🤝
Collaborating with leadership
You will work with executive and workgroup leadership teams to develop practices that enhance retention, wellbeing, and engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.What we're looking for
