You'll be responsible for
🏥
Delivering health and safety systems
Deliver health, safety, wellbeing and injury related systems, policies and procedures, focusing on psychosocial safety, in accordance with relevant WHS legislation.🔄
Providing rehabilitation case management
Provide rehabilitation case management for both compensable and non-compensable claims, applying early intervention and rehabilitation strategies to support AER people.🌱
Developing the Wellbeing Framework
Develop and implement the AER Wellbeing Framework, including coordinating the AER Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service and maintaining related intranet content.Key criteria
