You'll be responsible for

Advising leaders on I&ER matters

Advising leaders on I&ER matters, including compliance and interpretation across industrial relations regulatory platforms
📝

Supporting negotiations of industrial instruments

Supporting the planning and negotiation of industrial instruments, including enterprise agreements, local agreements and contract carrier agreements
🔍

Identifying and analysing I&ER risks

Identifying and analysing I&ER risks and opportunities, and facilitating outcomes to resolve issues

Key criteria

📜

Experience in industrial and employee relations

4+ years in I&ER within an industrial environment.

Knowledge of Australian employment law

Advanced understanding of employment law and regulatory landscape.

Proven advocacy experience

Demonstrated experience before the Fair Work Commission.
