You'll be responsible for

Providing senior HR and IR advice
Offering expert guidance to project leadership and managers to navigate HR and IR challenges effectively.⚖️
Managing employee relations matters
Addressing grievances, conduct, and performance issues to maintain a positive workplace environment.🤝
Leading stakeholder engagement
Facilitating communication and collaboration with unions, workforce representatives, and employees to ensure alignment and compliance.Key criteria
📚
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or similar discipline.View
🛠️
Proven HR and IR advisory experience
5+ years in senior HR/IR advisory roles, preferably in projects.View
📜
Strong knowledge of employment legislation
Expertise in industrial instruments and employee relations frameworks.View
