Addressing grievances, conduct, and performance issues to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Leading stakeholder engagement

Facilitating communication and collaboration with unions, workforce representatives, and employees to ensure alignment and compliance.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualification in HR or related field

Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or similar discipline.

Proven HR and IR advisory experience

5+ years in senior HR/IR advisory roles, preferably in projects.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation

Expertise in industrial instruments and employee relations frameworks.
