You'll be responsible for

Providing senior HR and IR advice

Offering expert guidance to project leadership and managers on HR and industrial relations matters.

Managing employee relations matters

Addressing grievances, conduct, and performance issues to maintain a positive work environment.

Leading stakeholder engagement

Facilitating communication and collaboration with unions, workforce representatives, and employees.

📜

Tertiary qualification in HR or related field

Essential for providing expert HR and IR advice.
