Conducting workforce modelling

Conduct workforce modelling, cost analysis, benchmarking and BOOT assessments.

Providing expert advice

Provide expert advice on the Fair Work Act, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and industrial legislation.

Proven industrial relations experience

Demonstrated experience in unionised environments like mining or manufacturing.
