Handling Level 2 escalated support issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows environments, ensuring timely resolution.📈
Managing IT projects

Providing mentoring
Offering mentoring and technical guidance to Level 1 IT Technicians, fostering their professional development.Key criteria

3+ years of IT support experience
Demonstrated Level 2 capability in IT support roles.View
