Handling Level 2 escalated support issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows environments, ensuring timely resolution.

Taking ownership of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

Providing mentoring

Offering mentoring and technical guidance to Level 1 IT Technicians, fostering their professional development.

Key criteria

3+ years of IT support experience

Demonstrated Level 2 capability in IT support roles.

Possession of Diploma, Certificate IV, or equivalent.
