You'll be responsible for

Administering Microsoft 365 services

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune), resolving complex identity, email, access, and device compliance issues.

Managing endpoint services

Manage endpoint and mobility services via Intune, including device onboarding, policy enforcement, application deployment, and troubleshooting across Windows and mobile platforms.

Supporting user processes

Support and troubleshoot user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and deprovisioning issues.

Key criteria

💻

3-5 years in IT support or systems administration

Experience in technical support and systems management is essential.
