You'll be responsible for

Running market-leading transactions

Managing and executing high-profile transactions within the Corporate & Infrastructure transactional team.

Providing commercially astute advice

Delivering strategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.

Developing client relationships

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while contributing to business development efforts.

Skills you'll need

💼

Experience in private M&A and Infrastructure

Demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate or across a range of matters in private M&A and Infrastructure, ideally core and core plus/digital infrastructure matters.
🤝

Client service focus

A strong client service focus with a commitment to high standards, including strong drafting and commercial skills, and excellent analytical, written and oral communication.
🌍

Team collaboration

An ability to work well in a team environment, including across Australian offices and internationally, while developing strong relationships with clients.
