You'll be responsible for

Lead end-to-end change management for nominated projects and initiatives, applying structured methodologies, principles and tools, and delivering key artefacts including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, change management plans, and communication and engagement plans.

Partnering with leaders

Partnering collaboratively with leaders across the enterprise to strengthen capability, align priorities and ensure sustainable performance outcomes.

Enhancing change management frameworks

Develop, embed and continuously enhance enterprise-wide change management frameworks, processes and toolkits.
