Managing a portfolio of complex Group Life Insurance claims while balancing customer needs with policy requirements.

Regularly communicating with customers and stakeholders regarding the status of claims and managing expectations.

Interpreting policies

Interpreting policy terms and underwriting decisions to determine claim eligibility.
