You'll be responsible for

Managing Property Liability claim files

Overseeing claims from start to finish, ensuring best practices are followed efficiently and cost-effectively.

Providing specialist advice on complex claims

Leveraging analysis and experience for sound decision-making, acting as a subject matter expert for the team.

Supporting professional growth of team members

Developing and implementing individual development plans, providing technical training, and acting as a mentor.

Skills you'll need

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop solutions, identify key issues, and break down complex problems, supporting effective decision-making.
