You'll be responsible for

Providing senior clinical leadership
Lead social work service provision for palliative care patients in ambulatory care settings, ensuring optimal care delivery.🌱
Mentoring and developing staff
Support and guide Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements, fostering their professional growth.🧩
Problem-solving in complex situations
Apply professional and ethical boundaries while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work
Eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social WorkersView
🚗
Current NSW Driver's Licence
P2 Licence acceptable for transport responsibilitiesView
🩺
Advanced clinical knowledge in palliative care
Significant experience providing social work services at Level 2 or higherView
