About the job

This job is about leading the Delivery Authority’s commercial management of cross-package and interface matters across the Cross River Rail program. It plays a crucial role in managing commercial risks as multiple contracts come together to create an operational railway. The team values collaboration and strategic thinking, working closely with executives and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes in a high-pressure environment.

You'll be responsible for

⚖️

Identifying and managing commercial risks

Identify, assess and manage commercial risks arising from integration, interface and scope nexus issues.
🛠️

Formulating commercial strategies

Formulate and lead commercial approaches to resolving complex multi-party issues involving contractors, alliance partners, and other stakeholders.
🤝

Leading negotiations

Act as the primary commercial interface with the Lead Integrator and represent the Delivery Authority in senior-level negotiations and forums.

Key criteria

⚖️

Senior commercial experience in infrastructure

Significant experience in senior commercial roles within large infrastructure projects.

Degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
