You'll be responsible for

Managing customer data

Activating customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan.

Refining communication strategies

Continuously refining multi-channel communications and developing retention strategies for an outstanding customer experience.

Defining customer lifecycle

Supporting the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch-points.

Key criteria

📈

2-3 years of digital marketing and CRM experience

Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM environments is essential.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
