About the job

The Senior Digital Products Officer is a key player in the Digital Customer team within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business. This job focuses on enhancing the customer experience across Queensland Government websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and secure. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to maintain and improve the functionality of the Forgov portal, making public services simpler and more accessible for Queenslanders.

You'll be responsible for

🌟

Influencing and championing strategy

Influencing and championing the overall strategy, model and relationship management across government to maintain a high-quality customer experience on the For Government website and for QSS forms.
🔒

Leading configuration and security operations

Leading the configuration, vendor and release management and security operations for Queensland Government websites to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the service.
🤝

Establishing effective relationships

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the rest of Digital Channels (SSQ) and agency stakeholders to support the delivery of simpler, clearer and faster public services for Queenslanders.
