Overseeing the creation and maintenance of positions, reporting lines, cost centres, and workforce structures within SAP.

Coordinating establishment changes

Coordinating complex bulk uploads and faculty-wide establishment changes while ensuring data integrity across integrated systems.

Delivering workforce reports

Developing and delivering workforce reports, analysing data to identify trends and risks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
