Manage the delivery of over 10 million communications annually, ensuring accuracy and compliance.š
Owning the end-to-end governance and delivery
Oversee annual review and statement cycles, ensuring operational fulfilment and development streams are met.š¤
Acting as a senior client contact and escalation point
