The Senior Partner - Performance & Reward Partnering is all about driving high performance and engagement across Retail and Hotels business units. You'll be responsible for

Partnering with business leaders

Partner closely with the Business Partner COE and business leaders on strategic and operational Performance & Reward initiatives.

Leading a team

Directly lead, engage, develop, and empower a team of 3 specialists to deliver outstanding reward analysis and advice.

Managing performance reviews

Lead the business through the cyclical performance and remuneration review process, including calibration and recommendations.
