Collaborating closely with the Business Partner COE and business leaders on strategic and operational performance and reward initiatives.

Leading a team

Directly leading, engaging, developing, and empowering a team of 3 specialists to deliver outstanding reward analysis and advice.

Managing performance reviews

Leading the business through the cyclical performance and remuneration review process, including calibration and recommendations.
