Maintaining workforce support and reporting

Ensure accurate workforce data and reporting to support planning and compliance, assisting with position descriptions and remuneration processes.

Supporting projects and organisational development

Collaborate with P&C Partners on blended workforce projects, training initiatives, and organisational change activities.

Relevant degree qualification

Degree in HR, Business, or related field is essential.
