You'll be responsible for

Providing expert advice and support
Delivering hands-on support across complex employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, wellbeing, performance management, and disciplinary processes.🔍
Managing investigations
Handling end-to-end investigations fairly and consistently, ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and organisational policy.🌱
Building leadership capability
Partnering with Homes and operational leaders to deliver day-to-day people support and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Key criteria

Employee relations experience
Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters in regulated environments.View

Knowledge of Fair Work legislation
Strong, applied knowledge of Fair Work legislation and State-based Enterprise Agreements.View
