You'll be responsible for

Establishing People & Culture capability
Establish and run an end-to-end People & Culture capability as a standalone function, building the frameworks, policies, and processes needed for a growing business.🛠️
Designing HR operating model
Design a practical, low-cost HR operating model that supports compliance, performance, and scalability.🤝
Partnering with leadership
Partner with the CEO and leaders to translate business strategy into workforce plans, capability priorities, and people initiatives, aligned to current needs and future growth.Key criteria

Experience in standalone People & Culture roles
Proven experience designing and operating a fit-for-purpose function.View

Knowledge of Australian employment legislation
