About the job

As an Account Executive at UiPath, you will be at the forefront of driving deals and account growth within government and federal public sector accounts. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction and overall account growth by managing key relationships and helping clients maximize value from our innovative automation solutions. The team thrives in a high-growth culture, offering autonomy and flexibility, while fostering strong collaboration and exceptional client service.

You'll be responsible for

Identifying new opportunities

Identify new opportunities within Public Sector accounts; engage meaningfully with C-level and Executive decision makers.

Developing strategic account plans

Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plan for Key Accounts to meet or exceed customer objectives and share of wallet.

Managing sales pipeline

Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.

Key criteria

📈

10+ years of sales and account management experience

Proven experience in high-growth tech or large software environments.
