Partnering with business leaders

Collaborating with business leaders and HR to deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy and provide an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Driving end-to-end recruitment

Managing end-to-end recruitment across niche, senior, and high-volume portfolios from kick-off to offers and background checks.
🎓

Empowering early careers initiatives

Contributing to the success of the Early Careers Program by promoting Alstom at various career fairs and online events.
