Weekly checking and preparation of timesheets for Service Manager approval.💰
Processing chargeable calls
Processing of chargeable calls ensuring clear invoice and charging descriptions, including obtaining POs from customers.📞
Booking jobs on the system
Book T work jobs on the system upon order receipt and close T jobs when completed, managing staged invoicing.Key criteria

Administration experience in relevant industries
Demonstrated experience in construction, engineering, or elevator sectors.View
