Own end-to-end service delivery for the Defence Health Knowledge Management capability, ensuring availability, performance, usability, and alignment to operational requirements and tempo.

Leading ITIL-aligned service management

Lead ITIL-aligned service management while maintaining service readiness, information assurance, and authoritative documentation.

Coordinating vendor management

Coordinate and manage multiple Defence-approved vendors, monitoring performance against SLAs/KPIs and leading service integration and issue escalation.

Proven experience supporting health knowledge or clinical systems.
