Supporting service design process
Supporting the end-to-end strategic design process throughout design led projects, participating in all aspects from scoping through to research, synthesis, mapping and recommendations.🗂️
Developing CX toolkit
Developing and maintaining a CX toolkit consisting of key artefacts such as customer journey framework and customer needs repository.🧑🏫
Facilitating workshops
Coaching others in the planning, design and facilitation of workshops to identify gaps and opportunities against customer experience standards.
