You'll be responsible for

Providing IT support
Delivering level 1 and 2 support via phone, email, and online tools to assist Partners and employees with IT services and equipment.📝
Managing incidents and service tickets
Effectively managing and documenting incidents and service tickets following ITIL best practices in accordance with Mills Oakley service management SLAs.🔧
Participating in problem management
Engaging in problem management initiatives, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution.Key criteria

2+ years IT support experience
Experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk environment.View

IT qualification
Possession of a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.View

Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
