Answering inbound calls and webchats
Provide support to venue partners by responding to inbound calls and webchats in a timely manner.🏢
Maintaining TAB, MAX and Sky facilities
Assist venue partners in maintaining their TAB, MAX, and Sky facilities to ensure smooth operations.🚨
Handling escalations
Manage escalated issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers.Key criteria
