You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support
Delivering high-quality administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document and financial record management, report preparation, stakeholder communications, and coordination of meetings and events.🔑
Managing site access
Being the first point of contact for the project, welcoming visitors and managing site access and security procedures.🛒
Coordinating purchasing
Coordinating purchasing of site supplies and arranging meetings, travel, accommodation, and events.Key criteria

Administrative support experience
Significant experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction.View
