You'll be responsible for

Managing lending requests

Keep things simple while managing small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million. Move with speed to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy.

Building customer relationships

Engage and build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. Increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.

Collaborating with colleagues

Work closely with the Retail Branch and Broker network to enhance portfolio performance and customer outcomes. Win together by fostering a supportive team environment.
