You'll be responsible for

Overseeing kitchen operations
Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power, overseeing daily communications and operations of the kitchen in collaboration with the Head Chef.📅
Liaising with culinary team
Engage daily with the culinary team regarding all aspects of food production, ensuring setups and timings for daily events are met.✅
Ensuring quality and compliance
Assist the Head Chef in maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance with Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene, and HACCP standards.Key criteria

Trade Industry Qualification
