Overseeing recruitment processes
Managing end to end recruitment and appointment processes for Staff Specialists and VMOs, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements and approvals are completed accurately and on time.📂
Managing contracts and records
Working closely with senior medical staff and internal stakeholders to manage contracts and maintain workforce records.📝
Preparing submissions
Preparing submissions for the Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee (MDAAC) and supporting VMO quinquennial reappointments.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes for senior medical roles.View
