You'll be responsible for

Leading customer value realization

Understanding customer KPIs and leading account strategy through defined implementation and onboarding processes.

Acting as a customer champion

Ensuring customer needs are communicated to executive teams while anticipating future needs and advocating for SevenRooms.

Monitoring account performance

Using data to track key metrics and planning strategic on-sites with enterprise partners to maintain high engagement.

Skills you'll need

Customer Success Management

Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, articulating value propositions effectively through various communication methods.

Technical Aptitude

Understanding of hospitality software and experience working with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Ability to lead project planning and management of cross-functional projects with exceptional client-facing skills.
