Processing tuition fees and adjustments in accordance with approved course pricing and maintaining accurate fee information in the Student Management System.🔄
Handling refunds and adjustments
Reviewing and verifying documentation for all refund and remittal requests to ensure compliance with institutional policy and HESA requirements.🤝
Providing student support
