You'll be responsible for

Working in partnership

Work in partnership with the person being supported, their family and informal support networks to attain the hopes and aspirations they have established for their lives
🏡

Providing support

Provide support to people in their everyday living situations, including personal care as identified, with an emphasis on choice and enhancing quality of life
📋

Developing individual plans

Participate in the development, implementation and review of individual plans that focus on the life hopes and aspirations of people

Key criteria

🤝

Team collaboration experience

Demonstrated experience working effectively in team-oriented environments.

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Certification required before starting to ensure safety and preparedness.

🚗

Open Australian driver's licence

Valid licence for transportation and mobility support needs.
