You'll be responsible for

Working in partnership

Work in partnership with the person being supported, their family, and informal support networks to attain their hopes and aspirations
🏡

Providing everyday support

Provide support to people in their everyday living situations, including personal care, with an emphasis on choice and enhancing quality of life
📋

Developing individual plans

Participate in the development, implementation, and review of individual plans that focus on the life hopes and aspirations of people

Team collaboration experience

Demonstrated experience working effectively in team-oriented environments.

Effective communication skills

Proven ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.

Current CPR and First Aid certification
