You'll be responsible for

Supporting daily operations
Undertaking day-to-day support, incident management, problem identification, prioritisation and issue management. Performing some after-hours support for overnight key processing activities and weekend change release deployments.📞
Liaising with business users
Being the first point of contact for business users to resolve incidents and handle requests. Liaising with the business users to understand their needs and issues, and escalating issues to the various technology teams as required.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Collaborating with internal business users, engineering teams, Help Desk, Infrastructure, Identity Management, Risk Management and other technology teams.Key criteria
💻
5+ years of system support experience
Proven experience in system support analysis is essential.View

ServiceNow and Atlassian experience
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence is required.View
📜
ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices is crucial.View
