Managing end-to-end recruitment
Overseeing the entire recruitment process for high-volume campaigns, including screening and coordinating assessment centres.🎉
Facilitating interviews and assessment days
Conducting engaging recruitment events nationwide, showcasing Virgin Values and representing the brand.🌐
Building relationships with hiring managers
Collaborating on workforce planning to meet operational needs and ensure a strong talent pipeline.Key criteria
