The Product Enablement & Education Team Lead at Aircall is a pivotal job that combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on contributions to enhance product understanding and adoption. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that both teams and customers can confidently articulate the full value of Aircall's innovative platform. At Aircall, collaboration, continuous learning, and a customer-centric approach are at the heart of how the team operates.

You'll be responsible for

👥

Team leadership & cross-functional ownership

Lead, coach, and develop Product Enablement and Customer Education Specialists, setting clear priorities, standards, and ways of working.
⚙️

Operational execution & enablement delivery

Own the strategy, structure, and governance of the Aircall Learning Lab and Knowledge Base, ensuring content quality and relevance for our customers.
🗺️

Defining enablement roadmap

Own & define the roadmap across seller & buyer enablement, ensuring enablement is mapped to release calendars.
