You'll be responsible for

Providing end-user support

Resolving day-to-day user issues related to hardware, software, OS, and enterprise applications with professionalism.

Managing ticketing and ITSM

Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow portal while ensuring timely updates and SLA adherence.
🤝

Coordinating with global IT teams

Collaborating with global IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

Key criteria

💻

Technical support experience (3-5 years)

Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
