You'll be responsible for

Lead the R&D strategy for Dulux Protective Coatings and Fosroc ANZ, driving innovation through both internal capabilities and external partnerships.

Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including those sourced externally, while building strong relationships with local and global technical partners.
