Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of theatre bookings and associated activities, ensuring efficient scheduling.

Liaising with caregivers

Liaises with Shift coordinators, appropriate wards, departments, and support services to arrange bookings and respond to enquiries.

Maintaining records

Ensures Manual Bookings Register is kept up to date and actively follows up outstanding paperwork for future admissions.
