Play a central role in managing end-to-end trade finance transactions for major corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all enquiries and issue resolution.

Overseeing transaction execution

Serve as the main contact for trade finance clients by managing enquiries, overseeing transaction execution, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure an outstanding client experience.
🤝

Collaborating with internal teams

Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Trade Sales/Product teams, Operations, Credit, and Compliance functions to ensure comprehensive service delivery and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Key criteria

📊

5+ years in trade finance

Demonstrated experience in trade finance or transaction banking client service.

Deep knowledge of LCs and SBLCs

Proven understanding of Letters of Credit and related ICC rules.

Cross-border transaction management

Experience managing international transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
