You'll be responsible for

Facilitating return to work
Effectively facilitate the timely and sustainable return to work of injured team members, ensuring lost time, claim durations and claim costs are minimized, as well as legislative compliance.🤝
Liaising with injured team members
Liaise with injured team members and leaders to provide immediate support and co-ordination of return-to-work strategies.📚
Providing training and coaching
Provision of practical training and coaching to leaders in support of improved knowledge and awareness of their Injury Management and Workers Compensation responsibilities.Key criteria

Tertiary qualifications in allied health
Possession of relevant qualifications in an allied health profession.View

2+ years rehabilitation experience
Demonstrated experience managing rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.View
