Advocating for clients
Advocate for clients in clinical settings and support transitions under the Support at Home program.đ°
Managing budgets and clinical support
Manage budgets and clinical support to ensure effective delivery of care services.What we're looking for

Registered Nurse qualification
Current AHPRA registration with 5+ years of hands-on experience.View

Strong case management skills
Demonstrated experience in community or aged care settings.View
